Settings tour

Everything account-level lives under Settings in the left navigation. The hub groups its pages into three sections, plus a per-brand preferences area at the bottom of the Settings page itself. This page is a map - most pages link out to their own deeper guide.

Your workspace role controls what you can change, not just what you can see. Roles run Viewer < Member < Admin < Owner; see Workspaces, brands, and seats for the full ladder. Most brand-management pages below are editable by owners and admins, viewable by everyone with brand access, unless noted otherwise.

  • Connections - connect, reconnect, and disconnect Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics 4, and manage saved account groups for filtering. See the integrations section for platform-specific setup.
  • API keys - create, rotate, and revoke API keys for the CLI, scripts, and MCP clients that don’t use OAuth, including per-key call counts. See API keys.
  • Connect agent - the guided path to connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client over OAuth, with a ready-to-paste starter prompt. See Connect an AI agent.
  • Team - invite teammates, assign roles, and manage which brands a member or viewer can see. See Team and audit log.
  • Audit log - a searchable history of access, billing, connection, and deletion events for the workspace. Owner/admin only. See Team and audit log.

These pages are all scoped to the active brand - switch brands in the sidebar to manage a different one.

  • Brand - the brand’s name, currency, timezone, fulfillment cost, stockout alert threshold, revenue basis (tax/shipping inclusion), sales channel policy, and brand-level toggles for the weekly and monthly email performance digests.
  • Partners - discount-code based attribution for influencers, affiliates, and podcasts. See Partners.
  • Ad naming schema - parse your team’s naming convention out of Meta ad names into structured fields agents and reports can group by. See Ad naming schema.
  • Stage rules - the numbers behind the creative Lifecycle board’s Testing/Scaling/Winner/Fatiguing/Kill stages and fatigue alerts, one set per brand per ad platform (Meta, TikTok). See Stage rules.
  • Product costs - unit costs feeding contribution margin, sourced from Shopify or entered manually. See Product costs.
  • Product identity - merge, split, and exclude product listings so one physical product is one row everywhere. See Product identity.
  • Reports - hosted report handle, password, branding, and the list of published reports. See Hosted reports.
  • Billing - plan, seats, brands, invoices, and trial status for the workspace. See Billing and profile.
  • Profile - your own name, sign-in email, and password. Personal to you, not the workspace. See Billing and profile.

Below the navigation grid, the Settings page itself carries a few more controls:

  • Email reports - who receives this brand’s scheduled digest emails, including people without a Kreel login. See Email reports.
  • Workspace - rename the workspace, and jump to Team or Billing.
  • Brands - the list of brands in your active workspace, and (owner/admin) + Add brand.
  • Danger zone - permanently delete the active brand. Owner only. This revokes every API key on the brand and purges its synced platform data; you have to type the brand’s name to confirm, and it cannot be undone.
