Multiple connected accounts
A single Kreel brand can hold multiple accounts from every supported platform:
- Shopify stores
- Google Ads customer accounts
- Meta ad accounts
- Klaviyo accounts
This is useful when one business operates several stores or markets but you still want one combined performance view. Use separate Kreel brands for separate businesses or clients whose data and access should stay isolated.
Connect more accounts
Section titled “Connect more accounts”Only workspace owners and admins can add, pause, resume, or remove connected accounts.
- Open Connections and find the platform.
- For Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Klaviyo, click Add accounts and tick every reachable account you want to attach. Accounts already connected are marked and cannot be selected again.
- If the account belongs to another provider login, choose Access more accounts, authorize that login, then select its account.
- For Shopify, expand Details, choose Add another store, enter its
myshopify.comdomain, and approve the installation in that store’s admin.
Google Ads manager accounts are shown in the picker for context but cannot be connected directly because they hold no spend. Select their client customer accounts instead.
Each new account starts its own sync and historical backfill. One account being delayed or rate-limited does not stop its siblings from syncing.
All accounts is the default
Section titled “All accounts is the default”Kreel blends every connected account in the active brand by default. When the brand has at least two accounts, an All accounts control appears in the dashboard’s shared filter bar. Its selection applies to every analytics page.
- Leave All accounts selected for the whole brand.
- Tick one account to focus on it.
- Tick several accounts to build a custom subset.
- Clear the filtered-view chip to return to all accounts.
Accounts are grouped by platform in the selector. A paused account remains available because its existing history is still readable.
Save account groups
Section titled “Save account groups”An account group is a named, cross-platform set of accounts, such as EU, North America, or Wholesale. It lets you reuse the same market slice without rebuilding it on every visit.
To create one, select the accounts in the dashboard filter, enter a name under Save selection as a group, and save it. Owners and admins can also create, edit, or delete groups in the Account Groups section on the Connections page.
Selecting a group filters every dashboard page to its current members. Group names also work as account selectors for connected AI agents.
Currency, coverage, and timezones
Section titled “Currency, coverage, and timezones”Every account keeps the currency and timezone reported by its platform. Kreel converts dated performance measures that support FX into the brand’s base currency using the exchange rate for each row’s date, then calculates ROAS, CPA, MER, and other ratios from the converted totals.
Undated structural amounts cannot be converted at a defensible historical rate and stay in the source account’s native currency.
This includes Meta ad-set daily_budget, lifetime_budget, and bid_amount values returned by entity and query tools.
Do not compare or aggregate those fields across accounts with different currencies; filter to one account or keep the values separated by account.
A newly connected account contributes to a date window only after its verified history covers that window. Until then, the dashboard names the account that is still backfilling. This prevents an incomplete account from looking like a real drop or jump in performance.
If included accounts report in different timezones, Kreel discloses that too. Daily ad-platform rows are aligned by their reported date, so a cross-timezone single-day total may not tie out exactly at the day boundary.
Use account filters with an AI agent
Section titled “Use account filters with an AI agent”Kreel’s read tools accept an optional account argument.
It can be one account name or id, a list of accounts, or a saved account-group name.
- Omit
accountto read the blend of every account in the brand. - Name one account to analyze it alone.
- Pass several account names or ids to analyze their combined subset.
- Pass a group name such as
EUto use that saved set.
The account selector is supported by the main performance, entity, comparison, anomaly, creative, and query tools.
See Data tools and Query tool for the exact request shapes.
get_brand_context lists the brand’s saved account groups and returns an accounts manifest when there is a multi-account scope to disclose.
Example asks:
- “How did the EU account group perform last week?”
- “Compare the US Shopify store with the US Meta account.”
- “Find anomalies in this Google Ads account without blending the other markets.”
Pause or remove one account
Section titled “Pause or remove one account”Open Connections, expand the platform’s Details, and find the account.
- Pause stops new syncs but keeps the account’s existing history readable. Use Resume to restart it.
- Remove stops syncing immediately and removes that account from every report without affecting sibling accounts. Its synced data is kept for 90 days in case you reconnect, then permanently deleted.
The platform-level Revoke action is broader than removing one account. Use the account-level controls when you only want to change one store or account.
