Email reports
Kreel can email scheduled performance summaries for a brand, on top of whatever you check on the dashboard or ask your agent. Manage recipients from the Email reports card at the bottom of the Settings page (per brand, under “Workspace and brand preferences”).
The digests
Section titled “The digests”| Digest | Schedule | Content | |---|---|---| | Daily brief | Daily, at the brand’s send hour (08:00 by default) once the day’s data is complete | Yesterday against the same weekday a week earlier and the prior 28 days, a profit card for yesterday and month to date (margin only at 80% cost coverage or more), target and budget pacing, top findings, and data freshness. See Briefs | | Weekly digest | Mondays 07:00 | Cross-platform performance: store net revenue, ad spend, MER, orders, AOV vs. the prior window; contribution margin and its cost coverage; top campaign movers; a data-freshness table per connected platform | | Weekly email performance | Mondays 08:00 | Klaviyo email-channel detail for the closed week: revenue, delivered, open rate, click rate, conversions vs. the prior week, plus store-revenue share, top 5 campaigns and top 5 flows by revenue, and flow movers | | Monthly email performance | The 1st, 08:00 | Same shape as the weekly email performance digest, over the closed calendar month |
All times are in the brand’s reporting timezone, not the recipient’s local time.
The daily brief is off for everyone until they tick it, and ticking it leaves the other digests as they were. It waits for the day’s data: if processing runs late, it arrives late with the original date, however long the delay. Owners and admins set its send hour, and whether it also posts to Slack, on the Briefs page. Agencies can also get one combined email across brands - see Agency daily digest.
The weekly digest is always available once a brand has any activity to report. The two email-performance digests only send when Klaviyo is connected and the corresponding brand-level toggle is on - Weekly email digest and Monthly email digest are checkboxes on the Brand settings page, next to a Preview button for each that opens a sample in a new tab. A digest silently skips a period with no email activity or with Klaviyo disconnected; it does not send an empty email.
If underlying data looks stale (no fresh sync signal within a few days) the weekly digest includes a visible staleness warning rather than presenting the numbers as current.
Who receives what
Section titled “Who receives what”Every workspace member and viewer with access to the brand gets a row on the recipient table automatically - there’s nothing to add for your own team. Each person controls their own checkboxes (one per digest); nobody else’s report choices affect them.
Owners and admins can additionally add external recipients: people without a Kreel login at all, such as a client contact or an agency manager.
- Open Settings and find the Email reports card for the active brand.
- Enter the external address and tick which digest(s) they should receive.
- Click Add.
A brand can have at most 25 external recipients.
External recipients confirm first
Section titled “External recipients confirm first”An external address never starts receiving mail immediately. Kreel sends a confirmation email with a Confirm button; nothing sends to that address until they click it. The row shows Awaiting confirmation until they do.
If the confirmation email didn’t arrive or the link expired (confirmation links are valid for 7 days), an owner or admin can click Resend from the recipient’s row - limited to once every 5 minutes per recipient.
You can’t add an address that already belongs to a workspace member; Kreel points you at their existing row instead (or tells you to grant them brand access first, under Team, if they don’t have it yet).
Removing recipients
Section titled “Removing recipients”Owners and admins can remove an external recipient’s row entirely with Remove. Workspace members and viewers stay listed as long as they hold brand access - untick their digest checkboxes instead of trying to remove them.
Unsubscribing
Section titled “Unsubscribing”Every digest email includes an unsubscribe link. Following it turns off that one digest for that one recipient - it does not touch their other digests, and does not remove an external recipient’s row. The agency daily digest’s link turns off only the agency digest.
